Son dous dos problemas fundamentais ao que resposta a soluci\u00f3n aportada polo arquitecto: os escasos metros de fondo, que condicionan unha estrutura funcional li\u00f1al, e a obrigada visi\u00f3n en escorzo do edificio. Penela compuxo un edificio de nove plantas cunha serie de bandas horizontais acristaladas, que percorren todo o ancho da fachada, cortadas polo n\u00facleo de comunicaci\u00f3n vertical. Sobre esta disposici\u00f3n trivial def\u00f3rmase o volume cunha gran camba central, que transforma toda a fachada, creando un pronunciado voo, que se proxecta sobre a beirarr\u00faa, cubr\u00edndoa nun tramo central. Este bandullo empena todo o plano de fachada, de forma que o fuste de formig\u00f3n do ascensor parece conter a vontade do edificio de dilatarse\u00bb<br \/>\nFernando Agrasar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td
