Cuenta con una superficie total de 2.220m² y una superficie neta de 1.810 m². Presenta una clara configuración axial en la dirección Norte-Sur y acusada pendiente a lo largo del mencionado eje, pasando de la cota 43 en su extremo más alto (al Norte) a la cota 31 en el más bajo (al Sur).
