Tal \u00e9 o caso do formig\u00f3n da cimentaci\u00f3n, os morteiros de revestimento exterior e interior e os recheos granulares da envolvente e da soleira. Adem\u00e1is, outros elementos do edificio constru\u00edronse seguindo os principios da bioconstrucci\u00f3n, coma a estructura de madeira e a cuberta.O dese\u00f1o do edifiio e a s\u00faa orientaci\u00f3n seguen criterios da arquitectura bioclim\u00e1tica e buscan aproveitar \u00f3 m\u00e1ximo a radiaci\u00f3n solar, para disminuir todo o posible consumo de enerx\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por outra parte, o dimensionado dos elementos da s\u00faa envolvente t\u00e9rmica son tales que o edificio cumple co est\u00e1ndar de casa pasiva.
