Explotar al m\u00e1ximo la condici\u00f3n de linealidad de un puerto dispuesto en arco, mediante un paseo a cota intermedia que recorre el acantilado apoyado en resaltes y coronaciones de muros que, en cierto modo, lo habita. De la nada aparece ante los ciudadanos el espacio de los escaladores, de los nidos de gaviota, de las rocas ocultas. El espacio intermedio, la capa de camale\u00f3n camuflado que contempla, sin interferir, la actividad portuaria. Ya casi nadie se acuerda, pero todo el suelo de la d\u00e1rsena se ha puesto a la misma cota, la 6.10 del muelle de la compuerta, lo que ha mejorado la integraci\u00f3n visual y espacial del lado este, adem\u00e1s de enterrar bajo el metro de relleno la conducci\u00f3n de saneamiento que recorr\u00eda, a la vista, la fachada mar\u00edtima. La recuperaci\u00f3n de los muros sobre los que se asientan las casas, muchos de ellos de piedra, permite la lectura del acantilado, su imagen. Se insiste en las posibilidades de mejora de un caso recurrente en muchas villas marineras de Galicia que, dada su extensi\u00f3n, no admite respuestas de t\u00e1bula-rasa: el hecho de que con el tratamiento de los pocos escasos elementos que se repiten, es decir, de aquellas pautas organizativas, muchas veces ocultas y de presencia descuidada y en si mismas no atractivas, puede conseguirse una belleza distinta, quiz\u00e1s desestructurada, cubista, pero reflejo de una intencionalidad directa, popular.\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Se act\u00faa sobre uno de los elementos presentes en la memoria de la villa, el mirador del Murall\u00f3n, mediante su ampliaci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos. Se derriban las edificaciones situadas en la bajada sur al puerto: almac\u00e9n, taller y edificio de\u00a0la Cruz\u00a0Roja, lo que permite ampliar y liberar espacio en un trayecto en curva y proponer desde ah\u00ed el arranque del nuevo paseo hasta\u00a0la Punta\u00a0da Plancha, apoy\u00e1ndose en el propio muro de piedra y a una cota constante de unos\u00a04.5 metros\u00a0sobre la plataforma portuaria. A Plancha se convierte en mirador y rampa de conexi\u00f3n con el suelo y en el recorrido se tratan las zonas de acantilado cubiertas con hormig\u00f3ngunitado\u00a0mediante la creaci\u00f3n de jardines artificiales. El Taller, en un principio reubicado bajo el paseo, se ha realojado definitivamente, como un mueble, en el interior de una nave existente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En la memoria de la intervenci\u00f3n est\u00e1n los muros y los muelles de piedra, plataformas inclinadas, verticales y horizontales, planas, lisas, sufridas y rozadas por los barcos. En la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos espacios y usos est\u00e1 la utilizaci\u00f3n de un elemento y sistema constructivo contempor\u00e1neo, el prefabricado de hormig\u00f3n, pieza-espacio y
