O programa de locais comerciais, oficinas e vivendas abordase nun sinxelo xogo volum\u00e9trico no que segue as pautas do Movemento Moderno, as vivendas tr\u00e1tanse como \u2018remedos de chalet\u2019, en palabras do propio arquitecto: isto \u00e9, unhas vivendas unifamiliares superpostas abertas \u00e1 terraza-xard\u00edn e con gran riqueza espacial no interior. O patio central vaise abrindo progresivamente coa altura, nunha sucesi\u00f3n de terrazas graduandas, que marcan \u00e1mbitos privados nun espazo de relaci\u00f3n exterior.<br \/>\nO edificio, integrado e dialogante coa s\u00faa contorna, mostra na fachada unha total sinceridade coas soluci\u00f3ns funcionais internas, ao tempo que constit\u00fae un not\u00e1bel exercicio de composici\u00f3n neopl\u00e1stico. Os forxados de formig\u00f3n prol\u00f3nganse voados mostrando o rigor compositivo da carpinter\u00eda met\u00e1lica e os amplos panos de vidro. Co eles, varios volumes aplacados en granito pulido, s\u00f3 nas plantas que albergan vivendas, indican coa s\u00faa opacidade no \u00e1mbito do privado. Todo este xogo de li\u00f1as verticais, horizontais e planos de cor compo\u00f1en unha das m\u00e1is celebradas fachadas da arquitectura moderna espa\u00f1ola.\u00bb<br \/>\nFernando
